This beta release of WebGUI 7.8 includes fixes for Spectre, RSS feeds,
Calendar ical, Collaboration System, Image Assets, template attachments,
Matrix, Wiki, DataForm, Event, Vendor Payouts, Map, DatePicker, Asset Manager,
Tree Navigation template, Survey, and the Shop.  New in this release is
a UPS shipping driver, group admin settings for the Clipboard and Trash,
and new tools for choosing languages on multi-lingual sites.

Gotchas:
 * WebGUI now requires Locales::Country 0.05 or higher to use
   the UPS shipping driver.
