This stable release of WebGUI 7.8.22 contains fixes for 13 different bugs; in the
thingy, Collaboration System, Contributions, Message Board, the Clipboard and
Trash, and the Trash Expired Events workflow activity.  All of the bugs fixed
in this release are detailed below, by ticket number and title.

Starting in this version, footers added to emails sent by WebGUI will no longer
be in an independent attachment, but added to the first attachment of the email.
This is due to bugs in how Outlook handles multipart email messages.
