This stable release of WebGUI 7.8.13 is the first stable release of 7.8.  You must upgrade to 7.7.33 before upgrading to 7.8.13.

New features in 7.8 include a Vendor payout system for the Shop, UPS and USPS
Shipping drivers, new Macros that allow users to pick from different language
packs, new privilege settings for Trash and Clipboard and many improvements
and changes to the EMS.

The old webgui.css Snippet has been removed as well.  7.8 includes updated
Style templates from The Template Working Group.

It includes fixes for the Code Editor, Wiki, SQLReport, Snippet, Spectre
Scheduler, DataForm, Inbox, Shop, Search and Authentication.
