hi. I have been traying but in my offices i did the same process but it didn't work.
I should pres CTRL + F5, to ee new changes and i don't why. Could you help me. Thank

Well, there is cache stored in 2 places: the server and the browser. When only one has been emptied, there is the possibility of still getting a cached version. So if the only thing you did is Ctrl-F5 (sometimes for certainty I clear the cache in firefox via Tools->Options->Advanced->Network), you still might have a cached version from the server. Which can be emptied via the route described in my previous post. Since that is the only action you described, this is my best guess. However, changes also have to be processed by a workflow (SPECTRE). You can check also whether your changes are already completed via Admin console->Workflow->show running workflows or check whether spectre still has stuff to do via Admin console->Spectre --- (Edited on 21-October-2009 09:44 [GMT+0200] by bartjol) --- |
