I've noticed some "pages" from inside the system were delivered, that I think sould never be, especially not for Visitors, ...

If you ask one of your customers or a content manager of a site - show them one of such pages from their site - what do you think is the response? I don't think, you can tell someone this is not a bug, it's a feature.
From our view of a programmer, you are right, this links/pages do not show any secret information. But these are kind of internal pages of the system/the site. And an application should show ONLY pages that were created by a content manager and nothing else. The content manager should have FULL control over everything that is viewable to the whole world.
