wiki pages displaying edit all the time

I cannot reproduce this on demo, but demo is only running 7.4.26. When I upgraded my site to 7.4.32, my wiki started to behave strangely. The View and Edit tabs were displayed veritcally (instead of horizontally) and both the view and edit text areas were visible at the same time. If I was not logged in, I still got the save button, but when I tried to save, it gave me a you don't have enough permissions error page. This occurred in both Firefox and safari (most recent mac versions)

I can't reproduce this on the latest stable.

It seems likely there is a javascript problem with your site or configuration.  Try checking your browser's error console for javascript errors.

You can try reproducing this on a demo site after today, as the demo server will be getting updated.  There hasn't been any changes to the wiki code that should have caused this though.
