Version Tags->Manage Committed Versions Not Working (#3236)

Issue

Hi,

If one try to manage commited version via:

Admin Console->Version Tags->Manage committed versions

The returned page is the last you have been before you entered in Admin Console->Version Tags and in /var/log/webgui.log the following error is reported:

main::[[undef]] Couldn't execute operation : WebGUI::Operation::VersionTag::www_manageCommittedVersions. Root cause: Can't locate object method "adminOnlycanView" via package "WebGUI::Session::Privilege" at /data/WebGUI/lib/WebGUI/Operation/VersionTag.pm line 291.

The same behaviour is seen on plainblack.comdemo site.
