I tried to upgrade my 7.3.22 site to 7.4.3. I'm using WRE 0.7.2 on an Intel Xserve with OS X. All done with root.

First I called the WRE CPAN and force installed all the modules written in the last gotcha.txt but many JSON tests failed. This is the CPAN output regarding JSON  http://paste.biz/paste-2660.html 

Then I used the webguiupdate script but it failed to upgrade because of JSON I guess. Here is the output http://paste.biz/paste-2661.html

Now mod_perl and spectre won't start and I have to revert the whole to 7.3.22  

I'm not complaining that WebGUI doesn't work I'm just reporting an issue I'm having since I read problems regarding JSON and CPAN reported in the gotchas and in the changelog.

Maybe this was not the right place to post, I'll move the discussion over the Install help forum but could you help me out?

I followed the instructions in the gotchas (force install Config::JSON). I didn't install the modules myself but trough CPAN... I also tried to update CPAN but Config::JSON won't install...
