whether it's just a matter of doucmenting in the release notes, or programmically updating the files inthe upgrade process, it would be nice to know what the changes/fixes/additions are made to the misc conf files so that we can apply the changes to existing sites.

modperl, modproxy, webgui.conf, etc.
