Translation server creating very strange files (#3575)

Issue

The translation server seems to be creating very strange files...

Spanish/Spanish/Asset_Calendar/extras/tinymce2/jscripts/tiny_mce/themes/advanced/css/editor_ui.css.pm

and several others in that area. The file was added in rev 5433, but that's only when it was committed, not added to the translation server.

This appears to have been due to a configuration problem that has been fixed. I've removed the odd files from the
