I noticed in a Transaction on pb.com that at least one transaction, made from the Event Manager, showed a status of complete/ok. However, when I view the transaction there is no item associated with it. I can provide the transaction number to a pb staff member if requested.
Kristi could you email out the transaction info to the staff email list? I can't work on this until I get Shop access, so anyone else interested don't let me stop you.
Asked Vrby to take a look as looking at the transactions in the Shop didn't help me rule out if this is a bug or not.
This was for online support and is a recurring transaction that takes place each year.

I don't think this should be closed. I just know what transaction 550 is by looking at other things. I would assume there should still be a description of what the transaction is.
All these transactions occurred before 7.5.11 in Commerce and not in Shop. Unsure how to go about debugging them.
Tracked the problem down to the 7.5.10-7.5.11 upgrade script. No problems before, and the exact same number of problems after that we have as of 5 minutes ago. Closing this bug to reopen a more specific one.
