When you have just added a Thingy, or you have an otherwise empty Thingy two links are shown:
Manage Things and Add Thing
The link that goes to Manage Things does nothing, it takes you to the Thingy Asset (away from the page layout) but shows you the same options, no matter how often you click it.
If there are no Things yet, that link should not be shown.
