After a user logs into a webgui site they still see stale cached pages that make it appear that they are not logged in.  This causes confusion for the users who often assume that they typed their password incorrectly and try to log in again.  Refreshing the pages shows the newer "logged in" look.  This bug is especially harmful on sites where there is significant content differentiation between visitors and registered users.

To replicate this bug:

1. Go to  http://www.plainblack.com
2. Log out
3. Click on "What's WebGUI" (next to News)
4. Click on "Success Stories"
5. Click on "Mascot"
6. Log in
7. Note that you do not appear logged in
8. Click on "Campaigns"
9. You can see that you are logged in
10. Click on "Success Stories"
11. You appear to be NOT logged in again
    

I have replicated this bug with Firefox and SeaMonkey -- but I don't believe it to be browser specific.
