After a user logs into a webgui site they still see stale cached pages that make it appear that they are not logged in. This causes confusion for the users who often assume that they typed their password incorrectly and try to log in again. Refreshing the pages shows the newer "logged in" look. This bug is especially harmful on sites where there is significant content differentiation between visitors and registered users.

I have replicated this bug with Firefox and SeaMonkey -- but I don't believe it to be browser specific.

No, I believe that is a different bug due to the use of the RedirectAfterLogin scratch variable. I can reproduce that bug and will post the steps to do so on your original bug thread.
