spectreStatus does not display (#3267)

Issue

I can't get to display the Spectre admin panel. I get redirected to the page from where I click the Spectre link.

JT 8/15/2007 8:55 am	Note to whomever fixes this. It appears to be caused by some sort of a JSON error: Couldn't execute operation : WebGUI::Operation::Spectre::www_spectreStatus. Root cause: Bad object at 39736 in { ...... json garbage here ...... }. at /data/wre/prereqs/perl/lib/site_perl/5.8.8/JSON/Parser.pm line 325, line 7.
