spectre.conf JSON syntax error

There's a syntax error in wre-0.7.2-ubuntu-edgy-6.10.tar.gz downloaded from sf.net

In the default Spectre.conf set up for a dev environment, there is no trailing comma after webguiPort.

It's easily fixed, but it has caused a couple of frustrating moments for folks.
