Session variables still used in Help docs (#3211)

IssueAccording to the "Template Variables" help page, the settings variables are deprecated. However, the "Style Template" page shows an example which uses these variables. These need to be made consistent.

Thank you for pointing this out. I reworked the example to use macros. The updated docs will be out in 7.3.20.
