perl module module Exception::Class is not included in WRE (#4074)

Issue

If this WRE is meant to run WebGUI 7.5 stable out of the box then this is a bug. Exception::Class is needed to run WebGUI 7.5.21

If the WRE is meant to be adjusted before being able to run WebGUI 7.5 stable then it is not a bug and can be closed instantly.

Exception::Class is included in both the builds and the build script for 0.8.4. Is this a binary build or a source build? What platform?

Actually, Exception::Class was included, but it's dependancies where not.

Anyway, this is fixed in 0.8.5
