I've tinkered with your test site a big and I get the companyName macro and PageTitle macro to work fine. 

I would guess that the problem with the loginToggle macro is that the text it returns has double quotes, and that messes up the parsing of that particular nested macro.

I also added a new test to the test suite to address some of these problems. 

The PageTitle macro nested in the GroupText macro does not work always. For example when turning admin on or off the page titel disappears. It seems to depend on the operation, with the "?op=switchOffAdmin" in the url the page title is not displayed.

Thank you for extending the test suite. There might be other macros with problems as well. On the demo page I've added the companyName macro as reference to see the groupText macro is working at all.

Just shooting with blanks here, but this smells like a caching issue. Caching is disabled when admin is on, but it is enabled when you switch back to normal mode, even if you are admin. Try to purge the cache. Also browser cache could play a role.

I've added new docs which talk about the conditions for nesting macros.  This will show up in 7.3.5.

Between that and user level caching questions I'm closing this bug.
