more menu doesn't appear for current asset on crumb trail (#4159)

Issue

On the asset manager, there should be a more menu for the current asset available when clicking on it in the crumb trail at the top. Currently, this generates a javascript error.

Solution Summary

Added a JS crumb trail menu. Fixed in 7.5.35 and 7.6.5
