List pending Transactions (#3217)

Issue

The List Pending Transactions link does not work. To better put it, it seems that WebGUI isn't processing the command.

The link is found in the Commerce settings in the Admin Console.

Fixed in 7.3.21.

If you want to patch this immediately, download the attachment and follow these instructions:

cd /data/WebGUI

patch -p0 < transaction.patch
