Hard to purchase WUC stuff (#3192)

Issue

See the attached screenshot from about halfway down the page, http://www.plainblack.com/wuc/registration, when I attempted to sign up for the WUC. I'm was viewing this in Firefox 2.0.0.4 on Mac OS X, but it looks the same in Safari on my computer.
