This is related to this Bug Entry, however I don't think an attachment should necessarily upload on a preview.
However, when a person enters information in a post (including attachment information), and then clicks preview, they should not have to re-enter their attachment information again - which is what occurs now.

2. Posted to the forum, with an attachment.
3. In the preview, the attachment no longer existed. Screenshot 1
4. If I saved the post after preview the attachment also was gone.
The current file upload form control doesn't allow filenames to be saved, only files which have already been uploaded. However, we all agreed that this could be a good feature to add.
Would you please submit this as an RFE?
