Email to group forces relative urls. (#3191)

Issue

As defined in Asset/RichEdit.pm, 'remove_script_host' is set to true. relative_urls is false, but the remove_script_host overrides any absolute links.

This behavior is fine for normal stuff that goes up on the site, but not for email as you need an absolute link in that case.
