DataForm Text Area fields lose formatting when they're sent in an email

When a DataForm is set to mail form posts, any text area fields lose they're formatting in the email. This wasn't a problem in the 6.x days (at least 6.6.5).

Since it's WebGUI bug fix day, I'll try to fix this and commit it today.

I thought this wasn't working, but upon further testing it seems it is: If you switch the field to HTML Area, you not only get the cool rich edit controls, but it also preserves the formatting in the email.

That's probably good enough. Let's close this one!
