When you edit one of the email fields the field name changes and places a number after the field name. For instance, when I edit the "from" field and make no changes and then edit it again, the field name becomes "from1".
Because the name changes it does not email the form anymore.
I Use WebGUI 7.4.31 but it also happens on the demo site. (http://demo.plainblack.com/demo1209110405_155/tell_a_friend/tell_a_friend?func=editField;fid=1000;tid=0#)
