Calender feed events  (#3049)
Issue

When referring to another calendar the events gets imported but they get default groups

View: Everyone

Edit: Turn admin on

I think it should be either the calendar importing or the calendar referring (works only if calendar is within the current wg installation).

From DBell (support case):
"Are you feeding one WebGUI calendar to another WebGUI calendar? If so, there should be some "X-WEBGUI-*" fields that specify the group ID information. It might be these fields that are not being added or processed correctly. "

Yes I am! There must two scopes here:

1. If referring to a WebGUI calendar

2.  If referring to another calendar feed.

I cannot reproduce this one. The events added to a calendar by a webgui generated feed are getting the privs associated with the calendar generating the feed.

Are you sure you are not confusing the privs of the calendar (WebGUI::Asset::Wobject::Calendar) with the privs of the events (WebGUI::Asset::Event). Both are different assets classes, and only the privs of an event are changed by a feed.

Please not that priviledges of events are not displayed anywhere. The only way to see them is directly in the database.

Closing as unable to reproduce.

Please try to reproduce on the latest WebGUI. Include detailed steps (as detailed as possible). If you can, attach the results from the iCal feed from the generating calendar.
