RSS Feed error (#9961)

Issue

I'm getting the following error in webgui.log for our site:

2009/03/16 23:17:00 - WARN - www.knowmad.com.conf - WebGUI::Workflow::Activity::GetSyndicatedContent::execute[89] - GetSyndicatedContent Workflow Activity: _get_rss_data returned undef while trying to process syndicated content url https://www.knowmad.com/clients/support/forum.rss, which usually indicates an improper URL, or a malformed document

I can't tell from the error where the problem is occurring. The syndicated content link is generated by WebGUI. This looks like wG is generating RSS that it can't process?

perlDreamer 4/14/2009 11:47 am	I tried to go to the URL in the bug: https://www.knowmad.com/clients/support/forum.rss and it's giving me the "Asset not found" screen. Has the URL for your support forum changed? Feedback Requested by perlDreamer
knowmad 4/14/2009 3:23 pm	That's a protected path which explains why the activity can't access it. How do I give permission to that activity?
knowmad 4/14/2009 3:25 pm	In 7.6, it's possible to put the username and password into the url. This can close.
