When version control turned on, and set to manual commit, I imported a package.  I edited 1 or 2 of the assets in the package, then imported the package again, and then set the main folder of the package to not be a package.

Then I committed the version tag.

Any asset that I did not edit is shows as locked by me, but there are no uncommitted version tags on the site.
