Image Preview gives ERROR in Collateral Manager (#8792)

Issue

When you select an image in the collateral manager inside the rich text editor, the preview window displays an ERROR message.

The preview window should show a thumbnail of the selected image.

I was able to reproduce this on the current Plain Black Demo server when it was running 7.5.25

tavis.parker 10/28/2008 3:39 pm	This is still an issue on the Plain Black Demo server as of 10-28-08. The demo server is running 7.5.30 stable. However, I tested this on the WebGUI.org site (which is running the 7.6.1 beta release) and it is working correctly.

perlDreamer 12/3/2008 12:15 pm	Fixed in 7.5.35 and 7.6.6. Made the imageTree thumbnail use relative URLs to handle sites with multiple hostnames. Resolved by perlDreamer
