EMS import  (#10549)
IssueIf you do an EMS import with improper date formatting, it will crap
out and create corrupt EMSTicket assets.

Example:

6/17/2009 1:40pm

It's expecting

2009-06-17 13:40:00

Doesn't matter if it "just works" (which would be best), or if it
spits an error. But it shouldn't do what it's doing now.

To make it just work, we need another module that will parse arbitrary date formats.  DateTime::Format::Natural is a good option for that.

In the meantime, I'll make it try to catch bad date formats.

That will have to wait for another major release. So thanks for at least trapping bad formatting.

Can we currently close this and re-open it as an RFE to process Date/Time more naturally?
