Cannot drag assets to new positions on page (#10198)

Issue

Tested on Demo using IE 8 and FF 3, it's not possible to drag and drop to position elements on the page any more.

Notice in the 7.6.20 changelog a change to drag functionality in issue 9764 which may be culprit.

codeslinger 4/17/2009 11:05 am	I could not drag position elements on a page in 7.6.20, although it worked in 7.6.18. However, I was able to get it to work in 7.6.20 after commenting out line 229 in extras/yui-webgui/build/layout/draggable.js. The line is dragDrop.setHandleElId(children[i].id + "_handle"); The problem is that there are no element ids with a trailing "_handle". Presumably there was a matching change in the page generator that was not implemented.
