A Windows version of the 0.8.5 WRE.

Package includes Apache 2.2, ActiveStatePerl 5.10,mysql 5.

Built and run on Windows XP.  I have only used it to run on a development box. 

Note also that I've not used the Spectre agent , so can not say how well that works.

Installation instructions are included in the WRE docs folder.  Use winRar to extract this archive to C:\data.
