It combines three themes from OSWD, all designed by Dcarter, enhanced and converted into WebGUI theme by Ning. The original HTML and CSS files can be found by searching for the name of the author (Dcarter) on OSWD site. 

The main feature of this theme is providing user with three color schemes (green, blue and orange). User can easily shift color (including the logo) by linking the style template to different .css color files.

The original templates are released as 'open source' design (under the Creative Commons Attribution 2.5 Licence). The logo image is from a digital photograph taken by the author, so there are no issues with copyright there.

In the converted WebGUI theme, the top navigation can be used to browse through all viewable branches under Root. The menu under the logo enables one-level navigation within the currently viewed branch.
